I am giving you three ways to view the manual. The first way is to just open up the folder.
The second Option is the internet version opens up the Index PDF file. As long as you have the
                 Adobe plugin for your browser, you will be able to browse the manual without having
                 to save the files locally.
The third option is to download the zip file which will take longer, but you can access it at anytime.
                            Note: the index will be fwd.pdf
